Design: Free on any sign order.
Material: Weather-resistant corrugated 4mm plastic. White & Yellow available, white used unless otherwise requested.
Bleed: None. Live area 44"×44" or 92" x 20". Except, 4-color process may bleed (bleed may affect price in higher quantities).
Color: Any standard color. Pantone colors available for $45 per color.
Production Time: 5-7 Working days, 9 working days for 4-color, 10-12 working days in September
Production Method: Screen-printing or inkjet for 4-color process.
Packaging: Bulk. Note that all road signs will stacked on wooden palettes and shipped by truck.
Shipping Weight (per 100): Approx. 280 lbs.
Notes: Grommets available for 40¢ each. Coroplast Highway Signs are best raised with hammer & nails or cable-ties through grommets. Other sizes and custom die-cuts available. Please call for a quote.
